Telangana, Hyderabad - A union territory?

It continues to amaze me when some Andhra settles start demanding Hyderabad as a UT status. Ok. It will be granted! Before that, restore all the land encroachments of Greater Hyderabad into the Telangana districts. The original Hyderabad city is just the Old city area around Charminar. Let's make Old City as UT and give the rest of the area to Telangana.
